updating last nVidia driver video 442.59 10.3.2020, i have a boot more longer and if i try change resolution video too (very longer black screen but dont any error ok)
then, rollback to 442.50 and ok for while!

This KB4551762 update keeps failing with many retries, little concerning since I seem to understand this is a critical update.
My OS is v1909 build 18362.628. Since this is for build 18362.720 does that mean I don’t need it?
On of those numbers cannot be correct. Verison 1909 is build 18363, the build 18362 is 1903. However, whether it is 18362 or 18363 make little difference, they both share the same updates. Your build .628 was the cumulative update for January. Your windows update has not been working for the past two months. You have now missed out on getting the monthly security fixes for February and March and on this month's extra security update that would take you up to the 18362 (or 18363).720 build.
Open Settings > Update and Security > Troubleshoot and run the Windows Update troubleshooter.
If you let WU control your updates then don't even bother reading this post.
If you get the updates manually, have you installed the latest SSU [it is referred to on page 1 of this thread]?

Thanks for reply, I’ll try the troubleshooter as you suggest. That is laptop that’s been on win 10 since sept. 2019 (~ 6 months) System One of listed computers. I had to restore image backup from (last month) 2/25/20, because it would not reboot after first attempt of march 10th updates. Wouldn’t even load bios screen, just run HD full blast, one of many problems I’ve had to endure with this unit since switching it to win 10. So bad I’m even using my old reliable win 7 (System Two listed) to do these post. But have searched using WU and installed updates twice today which have left me at point I described in above post #81.

Yes I’m using WU, as I’ve felt like with reliable OS, I shouldn’t need to be taking abnormal steps just to get updates. But thanks for reply anyway.
Checking for updates should have got the latests CU if it's working correctly. That would be build 18363.720. Your specs say you have Pro, check if you have set a number of days to defer quality updates. That could be an explanation for not getting the current update.
Further problems with this PC would probably merit a thread of its own.
Tried Windows Update troubleshooter, no joy just said no problems found.
By the way in System Information mine does show Version 10.0.18362 Build 18362 & under Hardware Abstraction Layer “10.0.18362.628". But 1903 or 1909 can not be found there, so guess it is 1903 as the failing update is listed as for 1903. I must have picked up 1909 from WU page where it list 1909 as available update, but with all my previous problems I’m afraid to do that since unit does run at this point even though KB4551762 won’t load.
I haven’t intentionally set a number of days to defer updates, but will check soon as I can figure out how to view that setting.

Just out of curiosity, is there many people that are running Win 10 without having issues with updates and excreta?
I ask because just looking through the General Section I see 178 posts in a week with different issues.

OK… Under Advanced options, there’s nothing selected or entered in any option boxes for Pause updates.

I have literally installed Windows 10 on hundreds of machines with different hardware configurations for the last 3-4 month's. This includes Dell, HP and multiple unbranded computers, both desktops and laptops. None of them have had any issues getting the latest updates. And all of them works without any issues.
1909 and 1903 share a common set of system files. The 1909 features are disabled in 1903, they are switched on by a very small update. As such, some places will still show '18362' after the upgrade. In addition, not all system files get a revised minor build number in an update so some, such as the HAL, will not neccessarily show the same build number as the most recently installed cumulative update.
The place to look for both the version number and the correct build number is to run Winver. Here Winver shows version 1909, build 18363.720 for the System One in my specs below, but System Information shows my Hardware Abstraction Layer is 18362.628, the same as in your 1903.

That's not representative of the percentage having troubles. Those who have problems will report them, but those who have none will remain silent. I have had no update problems on any of my wide variety of machines. The lowest spec is a modest little netbook with an Intel Atom, 2GB RAM and 32-bit W10 Home v1909, the highest a 16GB i7 running x64 W10 Pro v1909.
