If you install the update you will end up with .319.
Not necessarily, Rocky. It seems that Microsoft pulled the update on Friday, but some are still able to download the ISO using the link provided in the first post of this thread.

I installed a new SSD in my laptop and put a fresh Windows 10 Pro on it. It only updated to .286 and would go no further. So I downloaded the manual update and ran it and got a message that my computer doesn't qualify for it. I suppose because it's an old Toshiba P305-S8842. Probably a processor (Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor T5750) thing I would guess.
Nope, you need the SSU update first, once installed, you will be able to install this CU. That's what I did and installed flawlessly.

    and it's back...

Checking for updates in 17134.286 now finds this update, so looks like it wasn't pulled after all - just a 'glitch' on the update servers, now corrected...

This update just showed in WU for me today for a second time and appears on all systems so I'm updating as I type.

Note This update has been re-released because of a missing solution. If you installed build 17134.319, please install this newer version of OS build 17134.320.

I am not amused. Just done all my Macrium images up to date in prep for 1809. Got to do them again now!
