I dual boot with one partition for Insider and another for the RTM. Once the last Insider Build has been released and updated as far as possible, I will then download the ISO and do a clean install.
IOW, I will replace the Fall Creators Update (Build 16299.xxx) with a clean install of the "Spring" Creators Update (or whatever they call it) on my second partition.
in this and previous builds, in settings, default applications, define defaults by application -crashes and exits out. worked fine in same install of 16299, nothing else changed. see if you can replicate, as I don't have access to feedback hub.(maybe the setting is called slightly different for you, my OS language is not English)
RTM must be here since it showed up on my wife's computer which was an Insider set to the slow ring.
Marty, the announcement has been updated to: Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast/Slow Build 17133 - Mar. 30

This build seems to work fine on my system except for one thing;
I can not seem to get Adobe Acrobat Reader to work with this build.
