I am using the UUP dump utility to download this build (17128) and when I go through the steps, I see a new option "WindowsUpdateBox only." What does this option do/mean?
Clicking on the downloaded exe file does nothing.

im on home and cant clean install pro via iso as I have issues with my usb windows detects home prev vers and installs home how do I get pro I tried putting the ei file in sources folder to no avail

Well, less than 1 week to end of 1803.
Based on previous upgrades, rtm was released to Insiders before end of Mar/Sept. So at mosts two upgrades next week?

You probably can't install Pro because you only have a license for Home. If you received the free upgrade from Windows 7 or 8.x Home, your license is for Home.
If you bought a new computer with Windows 10 Home; you can only update or clean install Windows Home. If you want to go to Pro, you must buy a Windows 10 Pro version upgrade.
Note: I've used Home for Windows 7 and 8.x; however, the version name may be a little different but the resulting upgrade info will be the same.

Can't be the only change between 17127 and 17128, because for the first time in at least the past five builds, my PC completed an install and came to the logon screen with display working correctly. That has been an ongoing issue for at least the past five builds.Tweet

That being said, it seems they fixed it; kudos for that! So far, so good; haven't noticed anything funky about this build.
