dear jimbo,
it's been a while, sorry I was unclear, I'd blame it on my quadriplegia, paralysis, that's no excuse for communicating skills though...
I have: Computer type:
PC/Desktop
System Manufacturer/Model Number:
Micro-Star International
OS:
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 19042)(19041.vb_release.191206-1406)
CPU:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400 CPU @ 2.90GHz (12 CPUs), ~2.9GHz
Memory:
16GB
integrated Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630
1 acer Monitor Model: KA272
Hard Drives:
256 SSD, 2tb storage
I just want to create a vm on hyper-v with a windows 7 image my first attempts yesterday all failed. I could not create a connection, and I'd get DOS window error: boot failure. reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device. I have 30 years of computer experience, namely software, i can not use my hands to add/remove hardware at all, i can however direct a absolute novice to physically do just about anything, including adding, removing, replacing computer parts.
couldd still use help if yall are willing
forgive my grammar
ty,
ts
