    Iso file mounting

I want to know if you can delete the ISO File right after you mount it, does it keep mounted? Because I am having low space in my driver and I want to install this app, but the size is bigger than my available space so that's why.

    Welcome to Ten Forums @n26jdt.

No, if you delete the .iso file while it is mounted you will end up with a virtual DVD drive that cannot be read.

You could put the ISO on a usb and mount it from there. If the ISO is larger than the 4GB Fat32 file size limit, then you'd need to format the usb as ntfs first.
