How do I merge the two folders into one fully path functional profile?

Slightly different problem but cannot find a thread for it, this is the closest so far: MS Tech did a remote repair in-place upgrade on my Win 10 64 v1903. It created a new User Profile with the .000 following my local User/Admin Profile. I now have 'Owner' and 'Owner.000'. 'Owner' shows up in the Accounts list and Owner.ooo does not. the 'whoami' returns me as logged in as Owner.000 and that is the account name in the Registry as well. The original 'Owner' account has about 31GB in its Users folder while the Owner.000 has about 67GB in its folder. What I have noticed is that programs like Office-365 Outlook 2016 cannot find the PST/OST files for my Gmail & Google Domain accounts as it is still searching using the old 'Owner' path, while the PST/OST files have been moved to the new .000 path.
I am sure as I try to use or access assets for many of the graphics and Autocad programs I use I will discover many broken links. How do I merge the two folders into one fully path functional profile?
Do I move the new into the old, or the old into the new, or both into a newly created Profile? Can I delete windows.old, or safely move it to an external drive as it takes up a lot of space?
I am not sure of how cut & Paste, vs Copy vs Drag & Drop behave under these conditions.

    Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I don't get a 'Temporary User Profile' message, I just discovered there were two when I found so many broken links following the in-place repair upgrade. Is a new profile Name.000 automatically a temp profile, or can it be either? I did 5-6 back-to-back restarts and the file distribution in the two conjoined profiles changed proportions.
    1. The (Old/New) Owner/Owner.000 changed from the 33%/67% distribution to 25%/75%.
    2. MS Tech advised me to carefully move by 'cut&paste' all the new profile folders and files in an exact tree location way from the Owner.000 profile back to the old Owner profile so as to restore broken links.
    3. MS Tech created new versions of all my Google domain app email accounts and Gmail accounts by duplicating the OST/PST files and more than doubling the size of the folder without deleting the old, or moving them so as to not fill up the C: Drive.
    4. I do not know if I move them will the folder swap back make Outlook 2016 (O-365 Home) be unable to find them again?
    5. Can I safely delete or move Windows.Old off the C: Drive? I won't be rolling backwards as far as I know, but I do not know if the folder move back will cause it to search for something, or if those files and their links are permanently sundered?

    Don,

I suggest editing your original post [click on the Edit post link underneath it] and change the title to something like
Am I on a temp profile? How to fix it and merge profile folders?

And this TenForumsTutorial might also help User Temporary Profile Error - Fix in Windows 10 - TenForumsTutorial

    Don,

In the right-hand side after your own post is always an Edit post control you can click on to edit the post.

Here, for example, is how my last post appears to me only -

    editing my post title

    Hi Dennis,

I am only able to see a quote or multiple quotes choice. I do not see what is on your screenshot in the lower right-hand corner, nor am I able to find that small pencil icon mentioned in the help section. When I go to 'my posts' it puts me back into this same page, and when I go to my threads, etc. I get the same page, or the 'Thread Loom' and all things clickable bring me back to this same display page. There is some step that I must have left out, or I am misunderstanding, as I cannot seem to get back to the original 'write a new post' page for that posting. (It would be easier if there were buttons to write a 'new post', 'edit your post', at the top of your 'My Posts' page).
By the way, do you follow your own Post, or is your post now a thread and you follow it as a thread? What is the difference between following a post, or a thread, and/or creating a bookmark?
    Thank you,
    Don

The ultimate irony is that when I posted the last post about not finding the 'edit post' it showed up at the bottom of that message, but neither of my prior postings. In fact, it showed up with the Edit pencil icon and edit word, then the 'quotes' then the 'multiple quotes' all in the bottom right-hand corner. but not the entries in question.

    Don,

I am baffled. Here is an equivalent - a question of my own - it has the Edit post entry after it
How do I merge the two folders into one fully path functional profile?-edit-post-control-op-mine.png

Let's give up and use a different solution because your current title is not going to attract the people with the skills needed to help you solve the problem.
1 Create an entirely new thread of your own called something like Am I on a temp profile? How to fix it and merge profile folders?
2 Copy your original post & your next post from here into the new thread. And copy that link I gave you [User Temporary Profile Error - Fix in Windows 10 - TenForumsTutorial] and note anything you did from that as well as any useful results you had from trying.
3 When you have created it, copy its internet address then come back here and post it in a reply here so anybody who stumbles across this thread knows where to go.

I know I have seen people helping with situations similar to yours so, with the right title, they are likely to come to your assistance.

    Best of luck,
    Denis
