If you are using Dell's ability to search your computer then already-installed items do not show up.
You can go to Drivers & downloads without using that [but still using your Service Tag] to see a full list of items.
- QuickSet has been doing less & less over the years. It used to be the thing that enabled volume keys, power mgmt, display switching, WiFi button, sleep-hibernate keys. It might now be the uility that that allows your keyboard's media keys to function but I have not tried using my current computers without it. Your QuickSet was written for Win7/8. I have used QuickSet WinXP & Win7 versions in Windows 10 without any problems.
- Personally, I go to Drivers & downloads to get a full set of drivers so I am ready for any clean install. This doubles up what I've achieved by backing up the drivers locally and also covers QuickSet.
If Settings, Update, Activation shows that you are activated with a digital licence then you do not enter any 'Product key' during reinstallation. You just click on Skip on that dialog. Then when you next go online, the computer talks to MS activation servers & re-activates.
- By the way, Product ID is different and is a near-useless item. It relates to those with an MS support contract.
Moving your user folders off the C drive is a five minute job that has nothing to do with reinstallation.
Do not reinstall for this reason.
No ifs, no buts. No reinstallation.
There are tutorials covering the subject.
Look them up and then start a thread of your own if you want help.
