Hello Shawn mate I don't know if this is the right tutorial but currently I am using this laptop with 7 and after trying 10 - I clean installed 7 because the 10 would not activate but after trying it on a desktop just am not liking it at this moment in time, so do not want it on this machine full stop. (I have actually clean installed the desktop back to 7 on a new drive since)
Now my problem is that due to poor bandwidth when at work (plus it is an expensive prepaid broadband ) I try to update my 7 as there loads to download - at home with a decent broadband, and after picking the eyes out of them and going back to install them I get this message as per attachment. I cannot find any way of installing necessary 7 updates without this telling me to "Get started". I am obviously getting this after downloading a 10 something or other unwittingly.
Can you advise me what to do please??
Sorry even the pic will not attach I have tried doing it the 10 way and even it is really a backward step why can't I just attach it??
