Here's an updated script. I verified that the permissions in the registry do, in fact, change, and the .reg file completes with no errors.
Again, rename to .ps1 and run PowerShell as an Administrator.

For those who didn't see my last post, you may have to run this command manually before PowerShell will let you run this (or any) script:
I had modified a few keys manually before I wrote the script, so I think that skewed my results earlier.Set-ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted
