    If a reset save files fails using the cloud then these are additional options:

    a) Custom install using a bootable Windows 10 iso
    (Windows backs up files to Windows.old and installs a fresh version of Windows)
    Drivers and applications are reinstalled.
    Important files are restored from Windows.old

    b) Manually backup files to another disk drive or the cloud > clean install Windows 10
    Reinstall drivers and applications.
    Restore files from the backup location.
