    Hello, thank you for these scripts!
    I would like to ask if any of you could do the reverse of "Take Ownership"
    After finishing work on a given folder, I would like to remove its permissions.

    I would like to get something like this

    Shift right click Grant Permissions

    Shift right click Remove Permissions

    Thank you...

    Is it enough to replace "grant" with something else?

    Code:
    '/c takeown /f \\\"%1\\\" && icacls \\\"%1\\\" /grant *S-1-3-4:F /t /c /l'

    This is the basic command the take ownership context menu uses.

    That's ok.

    Basically, you don't really need to change permissions of an item again once you have taken ownership of it.

    Once you are the owner, you have access permission by default.

    Depending on what you are wanting to change permissions for, you could manually toggle permissions like below without changing the owner.
