Can I ask a question here?
I saw this and followed the instructions to get rid of this notification through the Settings process. But when I got to notifications and actions window the option to "suggest ways..." was not there.

So I DL'd the reg clip but I am nervous about it....well not nervous but I want to be cautious.

I have a fairly new build (version 1909 ,OS build 18363.778) Why would I suddenly (after some months) be getting this notification? And why is it not listed in the settings area?

I paid for this upgrade (along with other hardware upgrades) and I don't want to booger it up.

I'm afraid this setting is not available or effective until:

Starting with at least Windows 10 build 18945, a new "Suggest ways I can finish setting up my device to get the most out of Windows" on/off setting was added to the Notifications & actions page in Settings for this.

Thanks for taking the time. The build number was right there in the first post!

But why am I getting this pop-up now? As I said this upgrade is at least three months old (if not older) and today is the first time I've seen it.

MS force this improper interuption to our computers intermittently & without any known pattern.

My only experience of it was a few weeks ago on two of my three computers yet those computers always have the same updates within a day or so of each other. It has still not happened on the third one.

So the answer to your question is that nobody knows why now [or even why].

Yeah, the setting is only available starting for build 18945, but that pesky message sure was there at least a few builds before then.

Despite the registry key, the warning reappeared yesterday.
it is difficult to find a solution to this annoying problem.
I do not know what to do.

Unless you are on at least build 18945, do nothing.
Unless you are on at least build 18945, there is no solution so don't waste your time.
