This may or may not have anything to do with your problem, but here goes.

I ran into a similar issue as you a while back while trying to update the Realtek drivers on my machine.
I discovered that when the update process rebooted my machine, my pc was installing the drivers from
windows update before the installation of the new Realtek drivers that I was trying to install could begin.
This caused the Realtek install process to start over, in order to remove the currently installed drivers.
The solution for me was to make sure I was not connected to the internet while I was updating them.

    peace
    wanna
    Thank you.
    I'll give that a try.

when Gigabyte released new Realtek audio drivers for recent Aorus/AERO laptops like for newly released Aorus 17 12th gen laptops, they put this little disclaimer:

    Code:
    Realtek High Definition Audio
please install the audio driver, after disconnected the internet.
Gigabyte did not list nor mention that kind of disclaimer for Gigabyte motherboards like B560

but it is best to disable/disconnect from the internet when removing or installing the audio drivers, when using any Gigabyte product whether it's a motherboard, desktop or laptop

I just received a reply from Gigabyte E-Support informing me of that.

and you should always remember to cut off your internet connection when removing or installing drivers, even though Gigabyte does not explicitly say so for many modern motherboards listed on their web site
