1 Bose speaker not working after Realtek update

I do not know how to do this. I tried to copy my system info but I don't know where to print it. There was an automatic update last night and this a.m. only one Bose speaker is playing. I have gone to troubleshoot and it says the system is working. Version 20H2

    For the above . . .

To make this process easier for you, there is an Automated method that you can use by clicking the Download button at the top of the Tutorial. It contains a standalone .exe file delivered in a .zip file. You just need to Unzip the file and Run SystemInfo.exe. Please note that this file does NOT save ANYTHING to your computer.

Sorry, I don't use Edge. I guess I'll just have to figure out something else. I'm sorry.

    OK, specs entered.

OK, what do I do now? I entered the specs, at least the ones I could identify. I don't know cooler, PSU and some others.

Do you have a Realtek Audio Console on your Start menu?
If so, open that and on the left, click on Speakers....

Check to see if the "Balance" is set to the middle of the slider.
Same on the Realtek Digital Output (on the left)... see if it's balance slider is set to the middle.

    Also...

Settings > System > Sound click on.. "Device Properties" and make sure the left and right balance sliders are both set to 100

Lastly, how many speakers in your Bose set? 2? 3? More?

    2 speakers

I don't have anything named Audio Console. I have both speakers set to 100% in my sound settings. I also don't have a digital output selection. Should I download it? I don't know if I will understand the pre-requisites, but if I need it to fix this, I'll download.
