Yeah?? I'm on HDA 8862 atm which I think sounds pretty great on my Sennheiser HD598. Nice and clear with good bass. Do you think 8881 are better again?
Sennheiser hd 598 here too, and I can confirm that 8881 is a fantastic driver for this cans. I think I'll be stuck with it for quite some time.

After trying almost all latest HDAs and UADs , I finally went back to one of the best ; 6.0.1.8648 UAD , will keep this driver and stop trying these drivers , dont believe they will be better then my good "old" 8648..........
( using with Dolby enabled and FxSound on Bose-speakers, really shaking awsome....!! )

    Good evening,
I'm experieincing a lot of difficulty with my laptop no longer emitting any sounds. I have tried every Realtek driver I can find for Win10 as well as rolling back to the default, nothing has worked so far. I have tried to mess with every setting and troubleshooter I can find, but still nothing. This is what my system is running.

SOUND: Build in HD Audio Realtek ALC269Q

    Hi!

The last way out could be to reinstall windows. Then test the sound with windows driver. If you hear no sound try the standard HDA Realtek driver. Maybe your soundchip is dead or you have a defektive 3.5mm jack (try a Headphone). Before reinstall you can make a backup from the laptops harddrive.
    Good luck!
