    Thank You...
It works! Verified it was not the trial version with a full backup.

Now I'm trying to figure out why nearly all my third party applications are missing when I boot into win10xpe. I'm not good about reading logs, but I'm about to start. I thought it was Acronis anti-ransomeware that was killing them but I turned it off and still got the same results. I didn't even see a warning in the log when I ran the scripts and they're still not there. Sorry if this has been covered before. I tried to search the forum and got no results, and 70 plus pages of posts to read is quite a lot. The only changes I have made to the default settings is to use the full registry and added all components except windows media player.

Probably should mention that any version of Chrome beyond 89 will not open. It just flashes and closes. I have tried your suggestion, it does remember Bookmark's and theme but all extensions are lost, although it remembers all the settings I made when I add the extensions back.

Logs don't seem very helpful to me. I set the logs to verbose to get all the details. Maybe that was a mistake?

As soon as my latest build finishes I'll check.

No drive Y: is shown. Ramdisk was mounted as well as my other partitions. Just to be clear I am booting from the data drive not a flash drive if that matters. I did find out that the programs made it into the build though. You just have to go into the program folder, finder and click the exe file. I'm happy they made it into the build but would like to get them into the start menu and shortcuts though.

From your ISO Folder copy CDUsb.y in the root of the boot Drive, also copy your Programs folder from ISO to the root of the boot drive. And give it a try.

You need to reproduce the file architecture from the live Environment at run time...

    Sorry CompuBarb -
Google Chrome v99 launches and imports my Profile without issue...
Also what file type are you compressing all the files / folders in >
    "C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data"
Open "User Data" Folder - select all - compress with 7zip
we use 7Zip and the script is looking for "User Data.7z" in "Win10XPE\Custom\Google"

    Grimace -
Copy the Contents of the (Mounted) ISO to a Fat32 formatted USB or Partition... I never use RUFUS...
You can also use Ventoy to boot the ISO file - BUT the ISO file is not considered writable media and will fail....
Thus the Reason I always run all programs from ram.... ( Complete Build contained inside Boot.wim)

You can also use Utilities/ Host Boot Option - Run All Program From Ram - and boot the HOST PC from the actual build directory

To use Programs to CD - the Root of the Drive Must contain the "Programs" folder and the "CDUSB.y" flag - that flag tell XPE to assign Y to that drive - then it will find > Y:\Programs

Thank you Kyhi! I was compressing the User Data folder instead of the files in it. I appreciate the time you've taken to help me!

With UEFI:NTFS boot Strap you can boot Windows 10 in UEFI on NTFS / EXTFAT with secure boot... No problems...

And still boot MBR stuff all the way. GitHub - pbatard/uefi-ntfs: UEFI:NTFS - Boot NTFS or exFAT partitions from UEFI

UEFI:NTFS is a generic bootloader, that is designed to allow boot from NTFS or exFAT partitions, in pure UEFI mode, even if your system does not natively support it. This is primarily intended for use with Rufus, but can also be used independently.
And it runs from SSDs and etc... No more file size limitation.

I wonder why it's not more in use... You can boot MBR floppy disk images to full blown UEFI Virtual disks from NTFS with it...

You can also install two different boot loader for MBR and UEFI on the same drive if you want.
