i has switch to admin - mode, but the sound is NOT ON.

IMHO, an XPE environment is meant for system deploy/diagnosis/troubleshooting/recovery purposes. In this regard, sound is not really an issue at all. If sound is that important for your application, it's much better to use a regular Windows OS instead.

Can somebody help me?

I need a created ISO-File from XPE in BIOS-Legancy-MBR Boot mode for very old PCs to get fix them und recover data.
If a create a normal XPE -Boot-ISO and use rufus to get a MBR-Legancy Mode for the USB-Stick. It don´t works in MBR-Mode. Some File not found and Errorcode.
What a have to change in the settings to get a Legancy MBR boot mode ISO File ?.

I can not seem to get PENetwork to work with this version. I had no problems with the previous version.
