Hmm, let me try that again.
If I extend the width it shows that. Every time I add an item, it creates a new line of history.
But before it would show it like this, which was useful to see the string of items I used.
I was hoping it was just a setting to change.
This problem still exists. If they haven't fixed it by now, then it doesn't seem likely that they plan on doing it on the Standard calculator.

Then you can click one of the history items.
At least that's what I see.
Another oddity- I see no way back from its Settings:
Using history doesn't display it like it used to before Microsoft decided to mess with it. And you can't view it until after you've done the calculation.
This is what the standard calculator displays in history with 1 + 2 + 3 + 4.
But the standard used to display it like the scientific still does.
