New Crucial MX500 and new Win10 Pro 64-bit installation Version 2004 Build 19041.685.
I rolled back from 2H20 which prevents some older programs from running.

I installed Crucial's StorageExecutive version 6.09.092020.06.
I have 4 drives in the system, and 3 of them check out in the Self-Test just fine, but the boot drive Self-Test won't run.
I've had contact with Crucial, who asked for system details and problems, and only response has been a questionnaire on their support performance.

Anyone else have this problem?
Can you run the Self-test in Storage Executive on your system?

Could not do a system backup until running CHKDSK a few times and a SFC /scannow. CHKDSK found a bad sector and a Volume Bitmap error. No Windows System file errors found.
Very disappointed that a brand new drive behaved this way and that the Windows 10 Pro installation didn't do a decent format and catch these errors.

I'm waiting to hear from Crucial if this drive still has a problem or if it is problem in their Storage Executive software.
