    When my colleague says
At the minimum we need to know the make and model of your laptop before we can offer advice.
We mean the full model details from the plate normally on the base to enable us to identify the nature of the camera etc and its driver details

    The details you have entered

    lenovo 2019 model
is the make Lenovo but not the model number.
It would also help if you provided the serial number from the label

    Hello @salima deen,

     System Specifications

Please update your system specifications [ system AND hardware ] by editing your profile. It will allow us to give you more specific advice and help! . . .

    > How to Fill in your System Specs at Ten Forums.

To make this process easier for you, there is an automated method that you can use by clicking the Download button at the top of the Tutorial. It contains a standalone .exe file delivered in a .zip file. You just need to Unzip the file and Run SystemInfo.exe. Please note that this file does NOT save ANYTHING to your computer.

You might also find this Tutorial useful . . .

Please include Case, Cooler, HDD, PSU, SSD, etc.
Include ANY Peripherals attached to the computer, both wired or wireless [ Headset, Keyboard, Mouse, Printer, Scanner, Speakers, USB, Wireless Network Card, xBox, etc.]

    Thanks.

Presuming it is the camera and mic on a Lenovo laptop, this may help

If you are using the Messenger application:
Try to allow the privacy settings for the app to make use of the Webcam and Mic.
To do that, you can go to Settings>Privacy>Camera. Look for the Messenger app and toggle the camera access option to ‘On’.
Do the same for the Microphone option as well.

Is there by any chance a report of a hardware error when you say it is not accepted.

Please still do, complete the details requested for your computer
