I use a BT AC600 (really a Realtek) USB WiFi Bluetooth Adapter for my Lenovo IdeaCenter K450 Desktop. Works great.

    Here's the one I use:
    Amazon.com

Works on all my Windows computers (XP, 7 & 10). Paired easily with all my audio devices (cheap airpod clones, Jabra Talk headset, Sony RDP-X200ip bluetooth speakers with media control buttons (play/pause,next track/previous track) that allows me to control Windows Media Player and my Android phone on all of my Windows boxes. Windows 10 is plug n play (I have 1903), Windows XP/7 required drivers - I have the links for the drivers if anyone is interested.

Highly recommend this adapter since you can use it on all your Windows PCs - I added Bluetooth 4.0 to a Compaq Presario laptop with XP SP3 from 2004.
