    Photos app not reading photos

Photos app reads all pictures in my pictures folder but I have the following folder with my synced wallpapers and it says no readable photos found

the app does not read pictures located in appdata/local/Microsoft/windows/themes
The folder is desktop background and it has all of my synced wallpapers

is this a limitation where pictures from certain folders in app data don’t show?

What are the permissions on that folder it may be protected as some photos from MS themes may be copyright if you copy them to another folder does it read them

Thanks for the reply, when I check the permissions it says I’m the owner and in the permission entries theirs myself system and administrator with full control but I am the owner.
Have you tried adding this folder in the photos app?

I can open the pictures when I double click them from appdata/local/Microsoft/windows/themes/roamed theme files/desktop background no problem

What I am asking is, in photos app if you go to folders and add a folder or settings and add a folder and add the folder from app data it will not show up in the collection, in my collection I will see my pictures folder but not the one from app data, and when I click on the tab folders, app data....roamedthemefiles/desktop background folder will say no readable photos

Can you guys open the photos app, click settings.. add the folder appdata/local/Microsoft/windows/themes/roamedthemefiles/desktopbackground

And see if the app read the photos in this folder? Mine does not.

Mine doesn't have those 2 subFolders [roamedthemefiles/desktopbackground], only Cachedfiles, at present holding only one file.

A point of differential: the file path to files and folders on the computer use the backslash \ while URLs/Addresses in the internet browser use the forward slash /.
