Lost my interest right at the beginning:

    Features:
    – Download and run “on-the-fly” the best free software when it comes to diagnose and solve several kinds of Windows problems. With two exceptions, all the programs included in the toolbox are portable. The tools are categorized by their function, and the program will automatically download the correct version for the Windows edition in which you’re working. Additionally, it will also help you keeping those tools updated. Important note: some of the tools may trigger false positive alerts from your AV (e.g: the Nirsoft tools).

    – Ability to download all the tools at once (and also to keep them updated) with 1-click so that you can use the toolbox in offline computers, or simply to have all the tools already downloaded in advance.
No way I'm trusting some tool to download and run programs on my system

It's safer to rely on built in Windows tools and tried and tested utilities from trusted sources.

I have a serious question here....This program doesn't do the job itself, but
downloads the programs needed. If you need to un-install it
Wouldn't you need a list of the programs it installed so you could un-install them separately .
Or will it un-install them for you.....basically cleaning up its own mess.

    The programs downloaded are portable.
For example, Nirsoft produces his own launcher, which downloads his tools.
    That's what this is using.
These are all in one folder in the program's own folder.

As the program itself is portable, deleting its folder deletes everything downloaded.

Note- there's an uninstaller for the program because I used Nirsoft's zipinstaller to 'install' the zipped program - that creates a start menu entry. (Useful for any portable prog supplied as a zip or zipped).

I wonder, does download actually mean from the tool folder then and not from the internet? All the tools are bundled with the tool?

Guess I need to take a look to find out.

It does download from the Internet and add to the content of the Downloads folder.. so in that sense you are relying on it being an 'honest broker' and pointing to the genuine site.

And I've just found the first one that isn't portable- which prompts:

    whilst this does this:
