Windows PC Health Check not working

    Win 10
    Ver 22H2 (OS build 19045-2965)
I upgraded from win 8.1 to win 10 thru a valid website and has been working pretty well for a couple of months.
I wanted to check things out so I saw an app Windows PC Health Check, supposedly for win 10 but when I open it, it comes up
with an error 0x8007057...it also says my desktop is not capable to upgrade to Win 11.
    I also can't do a updates..either I can't OR there are none to update.
Any case, I've used several sites to find out but to no avail...sell below....

If this is the HP Envy H8-1534 in your specs then that at least is correct. Its AMD FX-6200 is not a supported AMD processor for Windows 11.

Microsoft | Windows 11 supported AMD processors

There certainly are updates, your 19045.2965 update came out in May, the current build is now 19045.3324.

    KB5026361 Windows 10 Update 19042.2965, 19044.2965, and 19045.2965
    KB5029244 Windows 10 Cumulative Update Build 19045.3324 (22H2)

Try running the Windows Update troubleshooter.

If you still cannot update, try resetting Windows Update.

Instead of "upgrading through a valid website " use Media Creation Tool and install directly from Microsoft.

Windows PC Health Check not working PART 2

Thanks Bree for your insight but so far nothing...
How do I find the name/no. of Updates in win 10...(I had no problem in win 8.1)

"see attachment for what keeps coming up"

I am having problem with trying to Reset Windows Update....
latest quality update was for malware 4-23 KB4052623 (vers 4.182001.10)
and the Cumulative update for .Net Framework has failed to be installed four times and
    gives error 0x80070057

And info for "joeandmarg0" I did use the Media creation tool on the site where I uploaded Win 10.

I knew that I don't have the hardware to update to Win 11...wish Microsoft would quit telling me that...

Have you tried resetting the update components?
Open cmd prompt/powershell with admin & enter:
    Net Stop bits
    Net Stop wuauserv
    Net Stop appidsvc
    Net Stop cryptsvc
    Ren %Systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore DataStore.bak
    Ren %Systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution\Download Download.bak
    Ren %Systemroot%\System32\catroot2 catroot2.bak
    Del "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat"
    Net Start bits
    Net Start wuauserv
    Net Start appidsvc
    Net Start cryptsvc
Restart the PC & try updating again.

    And/or:
Search for services.msc & find Windows Update & ensure it is set to Automatic.

Windows PC Health Check not working PART 3

when I setup CMD is the above commands entered as one continuous stream? because when I entered the first line, and tried to enter as you show it, it stopped....
so I tried the suggestion with windows.misc and I made sure it was on Auto and not Manual... and when I try to update, it keeps
coming back with what I showed as pic and with the same error, and says, will try later....
so PC is working I just can't seem to find the right thing to correct the error.

They should be entered individually clicking enter after each one.
If the commands fail then you can try an in-places repair by downloading the media creation tool, running this by double-clicking on the file & choosing install/upgrade. Ensure keep everything/keep files, apps, programs is selected automatically.
