Windows 10 freezes when entering the desktop screen

    Hello
Windows gets stuck after loading and when entering the desktop screen (exactly between the desktop screen and the lock screen) and the CPU gets involved, and after staying in this mode for 1 minute, it enters the desktop screen. What is the problem? I have Windows 10 22h and so far I have not had such a problem.
There is no such problem in safe mode
Installing new Windows did not help

At this moment, the system freezes:

    Hello Raeeka,

Since this doesn't happen in Safe Mode, you could see if doing a clean boot below may help ID the conflict to remove and fix.

It was of no use, unfortunately

I wonder if it's somehow related to rendering an image? Perhaps your graphics?
The items displayed on your desktop should be the same in normal and Safe Mode.

    You say
Installing new Windows did not help
    - did the problem immediately occur - before you installed any programs?

And please confirm that was really a clean install - i.e. you booted your PC from a Win 10 install disk, and early on deleted all existing partitions making up your Win 10 installation - in particular that you did not boot normally when starting the process.

so far I have not had such a problem
If this problem occurred recently, maybe related to a new build of your graphics driver, for example?

Of course we don't now have any update history available...

Please advise current state of your build.. is it a new install with no 3rd party additions?

Could be instructive to try disabling your graphics driver from loading, for example.
And it could be due to something else entirely, of course.

Autoruns (free from MS) would allow you to disable anything from starting, including default MS items. However it is possible to then stop your O/S booting properly, depending on what you disable- so take precautions.

To post screenshots here The most helpful way is to use forum features.
E.g. create a png or jpg, then upload it thus:
Windows 10 freezes when entering the desktop screen-screenshot-.png

Tutorial available (in the excellent huge searchable Tutorials section - mostly by Brink).

    Analytical approach:
If you want to determine what's happening analytically, you might try the Windows Performance Analyzer (WPA)
    - free from MS- a techncially advanced tool that presents time usage graphically.
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/wi...mance-analyzer

    If you search for
    windows performance analyser
you will find more information and videos.

Note: only 1 member that I know of is really familiar with this.

Yes, I have not had such a problem so far
I did not install any new programs
I even installed Windows again and as a clean install
I did not update the graphics driver after installing Windows
    But it was no use
After updating the driver, the problem persisted
Only in safe mode, the system loads without problems
    Windows is installed by myself

    Thank you for your reply.

But you have simply repeated your initial statement (with a small addition)- which will not take you forward.
Your graphics driver could have updated automatically.

I suggested something for you to try..

and in my amended post above as you wrote added another approach.

    You need to try things.

When installing Windows, I turned off my modem and the Internet was not connected to automatically download and update the Windows driver. Please suggest a way for me to handle it. This program is heavy for me and I don't know how it works, why should my Windows have this problem?

If the problem was from graphics or other hardware, I would have seen a sign of it while working with the system
But Windows has no problem after this 1 minute pause

Is there no tutorial on YouTube to fix this problem? Does this mean that no one has encountered this problem yet?

why should my Windows have this problem?
Sadly my crystal ball is down for unforeseen maintenance.

Is there no tutorial on YouTube to fix this problem?
You are, of course, welcome to search tenforums for similar cases - and likewise search Youtube, if you wish.

I have suggested you try using Autoruns to disable startups. That's just a matter of unchecking a box.

You say all is ok in Safe Mode. Not in Normal Mode.

I understand you to be saying this is a now a clean install with no 3rd party additions, presumably build 22H2, and never connected to the internet. Is that correct?

    Yes, not connected
I searched but it had nothing to do with my problem
I removed all the programs from the startup tick, but it had no effect. Even after installing Windows, the system freeze at first login. I also disconnected the hard drive and RAM, but it didn't help.

I took this screenshot from the event section, do you know what these errors are?

The freeze seems to be related to TPM. Did you install a TPM module?
Is your BIOS up to date?
