    Optimise my DRIVE D , Windows 10

I have deleted some very large files (about 5 gig) I am running Windows 10.

Is it part of Windows 10 or do recommend a optimiser

I would just run the Windows one.
START > Windows Administrative Tools > Defragment and Optimize Drives

    Walter,

    I suggest doing nothing.

The Windows 10 built-in Optimiser does not bother moving around anything bigger than 64MB in any case. MS discovered during Windows 7 [or Vista?] development that there was no real benefit in doing so.
So the files you have deleted will not have affected anything that the Optimiser is interested in.

Unless you have deliberately turned off the Optimiser referred to by Ghot then you could, in any case, just let Windows handle it for you without any action being needed on your part.

    All the best,
    Denis
