Windows 10 load time jumped from 5 secs to 50 secs

Sorry to trouble you, but I seem to have a similar problem to other folk where my Windows 10 load time has jumped from very speedy (SSD disk, around 5 secs) to not very speedy at all (around 50 secs).

I have run the WPA and produced a log, but I'm not really experienced enough to read the results. The only clue I did pick up was that "autochk.exe" seems to be running for about 30 secs. However, this may be a complete red herring. I would really appreciate some help here as I dread the thought of having to re-install WinX. Since building this PC at Christmas, it has taken me this long to get everything installed. Worth saying that once logged in, the performance remains excellent, it's just the "Session Init" phase that is taking 49 seconds. Thank you and again sorry to trouble you.

    Log file is here:

    The log file is huge.

    Lets do the basic.

-Open a CMD window as administrator and type:
    chkdsk c: /f
It will say your disk is in use and if you want to schedule to next start = yes
    Restart

Back to windows, open a CMD window as administrator and type:
    sfc /scannow

    then

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Is your BIOS up to date?
How much free space there is on your C: partition?

Open Device Manager. Is there any yellow alerts of missing drivers?

Hi Harry, welcome to Ten Forums.

Did the delayed start time coincide with a Windows Update or installation of new software?

Please try a clean boot to test boot time and post results.

    Hello @Harry Flatters,

I wonder if anything has been added to your Startup. Let us see what you have loading [ Apps/Programs/Services/Utilities/etc ].

     MSConfig

[1] Press the Win + R keys together to open the Run dialog box.
[2] Type msconfig in the Run dialog box > Enter.
    [3] Click the Startup tab.
[4] Expand the Startup Item and Manufacturer columns so that ALL the data is showing.
[5] Sort the Startup Item column so that ALL the enabled items are at the top [ click Date Disabled column ] .
    [6] Post a screenshot . . .

    Hello @Harry Flatters,

Does this issue also apply if you Clean Boot?

     Clean Boot

A Clean Boot starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and Startup programs [ it Disables
ALL third-party, non-microsoft programs ]. This helps eliminate [ troubleshoots ] software conflicts.
