Windows 10 Restart horrifically slow

O great greetings in the top of the morning!
I very seldom shut down or restart this ASUS laptop but I noticed lately, restarting it is a real joy! Like, try 80 to 90 seconds. Shutting down is fast and restarting is fast.
Here's some of the attempts I've made to overcome it all to now avail.

1) I've disabled the Fast Startup
2) I've done a Checkdisk upon reboot
3) I've disconnected the Backup drive
4) I've tweaked the Registry, e.g. NUM]\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management.[/NUM]
• Change the value of ClearPageFile at Shutdown to a 0 IF the value is 1.

(Mine was 0 already)

5) Also did this ...

• Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control
• Ensure you have selection box over Control in the left pane then seek for WaitToKillServiceTimeout in the right pane of the registry editor window.
• If you are unable to find the value then right-click in an empty area (on the right-pane of Registry editor Window) and Choose New > String Value.
• Name this String as WaitToKillServiceTimeout and then Open it.
• Set its value between 1000 to 20000 which indicates a range of 1 to 20 seconds respectively.

(Mine is 5000)

6) I've done the Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
(And then I ran the sfc /scannow)

And so I'm at a total loss as why none of these solutions have worked.

Any ideas ... fire them off this way. Thanks!

When are you having a slow boot? Cold start?

Post images of task manager: (corner to corner)
processes tab
startup tab

Try clean boot:

Hello @Maggidon,

[1] Have you installed any new hardware, software, or drivers, prior to this happening?
[2] Have you looked in the Startup tab of msconfig to see what is running at startup?
[3] Is it the same if you do a Clean Boot?

I hope this helps!

Thanks for the reply. When you say 'corner to corner' ... are you asking for pictures of the whole of Task Manager, e.g. Process Tab? Also, I am not having any issues with booting up or shutting down. The snag is with the Restarting & this is where takes over a minute to restart (reboot).

Paul ... no new hardware, software or drivers. Remember, it's not booting up or shutting down that is giving me grief but just the restart.

That should do the trick. Let me know if you find anything in that which might be giving the slow reboot (restart).

There are log collectors used in another Ten Forums room.
Run each V2 and DM and upload results into this thread:

I'm going to send up one at a time, this one being the V2 log. I've run that program but not sure which one to send. I'll try this & let me know if I've made a mistake and did it right or if I've sent the wrong one.
I will say, when I executed the program, it asked me if I wanted it to make changes to (I think the powershell) but I put no.

The program created two Folders with the same info. Here it comes!

I did. Is what I uploaded the wrong thing? Please explain, especially since I'm a novice at this.
