Hi,
That is why I don't really like having a rad on the top
On the top may help liquid and gravity but air flow is restricted by the rad.

Hi,
Whelp I'm in need of another darn cpu cooler for x99 :/
Really didn't want another corsair product after my 110 died
Didn't want to waste time and money on a rma replacement
Tried a Floe riing 240 TT premium it was way too small and cheap
360 too long
So it went back the next day :/
Was ready to get a Kraken x62 but it has terrible reviews = dead pumps all over the place
Not to mention one needs a facebook account to save a freaking rgb profile so that one is out.
So I guess I'll just do a 2 out of 3 coin toss between a h115i and another EK 280 performance loop kit :/
Can't run on a hyper 212 evo forever :)
The next one I'll be getting is the Corsair H115i Mike ....but its not released yet. They got 2 new ones coming out very soon. Read this article.
Corsair To Release H115i Pro and H150i Pro AIO liquid coolers
Mike, I have a H105 in mine. It has a thicker radiator than the others and keeps my X99 under control pretty well. I have it on my new rig too. I don't know how much the delidding is responsible for and how much the H105 is, but it does really well there too.
Seen at Newegg... Corsair Hydro Series H115i Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler, 280mm CW-9060027-WW - Newegg.com The three fan model is what you are awaiting...
Hi,
Yeah it's the hydro series so I returned one that didn't quite work well on the 7900x
Boy corsair jumps back and forth don't they
On the cpu block the hoses on the h110i gt came out the side
The h115i came out the top
Now they went back to out the side lol
I noticed Steve on his build picture has the block sideways so it's not too close to the ram
Was that really necessary Steve or was it a feels better approach ?
There is nothing special or new about Corsairs "Pro" version. Other then the word "Pro" it`s the same thing.
All it is, is a H110i with a new look block and ML fans.
Unfortunately, after 2 and a half years of great service, the pump on my H110i GT went. I went with a H100i v2 to replace it, and should handle a 6700K no problem.
Like Mike, I am not even bothering with an RMA, I got plenty of use out of the H110i and that was good enough for me.
