    Thanks Sygnus.

I have ordered the WD Red Pro 4TB 3.5 7200rpm

I would have purchased 4TB WD Black but the budget is tight, his brother's birthday is next and soon and then a sister and they all want their star presents from their parents and granddad expected to follow close if possible.

I read your posts and the links, I rate WD but do think their deceptions' a little like the VW emission scandal here and world wide and then spin it as, ( pun not intended ) they were listening when in fact WD were forced to admit what they had done.

Where is power profiles in Win 10?

    Thanks again.

Not a problem. Best of luck. I know your grandson will enjoy the new drive

Next, Converting to GPT and NTFS (mainly NAS drives has Ext2 filesystem into it, Some are btrfs but not NTFS.)
Convert MBR Disk to GPT Disk in Windows 10
Format Disk or Drive in Windows 10

then, Configuring Steam that on the 4TB drive downloads the games.

Note: I'm not a gamer, (most likely games won't work on my PC) so I seen it from the Google.

It might help if you went over the thread.

Its already been established that the OP doesn't need to convert to his disks from MBR to GPT.

Not sure how you got that "NAS drives has Ext2 filesystem into it"

    New Update:

WD RED has 5400 RPM drive in an 3 1/2 inch drive.
It may well be but I have not purchased a WD Red but a WD Red Pro.

    Keep Googling.
