I have made the decision to delid my i7 8700k due to high temps.

    That's your board's fault Mike. I prefer the H105 because it has a thicker radiator, but the hoses come out from the side. It never caused an issue until I got this board. I had to turn it 90° so it would fit.

    Yes I know, that's my reason for preferring the H115i cooler. Also my radiator is 280mm, not 240mm. Yours is thicker,but mine is bigger. :) Makes it a wash as far as I am concerned. Plus it has no problem keeping my temps cool.

    Are you Two still talking about AIO's

    I like the H115i because of the hoses coming out the top but thats just my taste.

    I like it if the hoses come out the side or top. So long as they come out somewhere it's fine

    And they are long enough, but not too long
    Stretching or bending too much, might cause permeation.
