Yes, it found the Wi-Fi in Windows 10 setup.
Thinking about this, your best option is to call Dell support for your area since this is a new PC.
Thanks dear friend, now, I installed Windows 10 1809 and I found the WiFi option, thanks God,

All recent versions of Windows 10 should find your WiFi card. Go ahead and complete the setup then look at Devicwe Manager, Network adapters and see if the WiFi adapter shows up there. Is there a way to turn the WiFi on and off in the Dell G7? Maybe it's just turned off.

Now I got something else I installed 1803 and after the setup of all drivers, I took all the updates of windows and its more than I can see every time I got the updates, it contains drivers, when some of them finished and some of them pending, I heard sound like windows hardware insert, and the (Intel UHD Graphics 630 Driver) in the system tray disappeared. Is that normal ? Note that it is already available in the device manager.

Then the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with Max-Q Design Graphic Driver control panel in system tray not working

I don't know if the G7 has an option in the BIOS. The G7 I have is a prototype that I'm doing a field evaluation for Dell. Its not a production system.

I would not have installed the older 1803 version, go with the 1809 version. That may have caused some of your problems.

If its the correct driver, direct from NVIDIA is OK.
