Word 2010 doesn't always open on main monitor

I've looked through the tenforums threads and don't see a solution.
I've done a google search and don't find a solution.

I run Windows 10 Pro version 22H2
I have 2 - 27" Dell monitors stacked on top of each other. The bottom monitor is the primary monitor.

My Microsoft Word 2010 documents don't always open on my primary monitor.
If I have several Word documents opened and then minimize one of them (or more, it doesn't matter as long as one is minimized), the next time I go to open a Word document, whether it's a new one or one I've saved from before, that document opens up on the top monitor....every time!
And they will continue to open up on the top monitor as long as there are some Word documents minimized down on the task bar.
If I bring all of the documents back up and drag down any documents that opened up on the top monitor and put them on the primary monitor, I can open a new document or another Word document that I have saved and it will open up on the primary monitor.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this?.

I did a sfc /scannow and it said it found corrupt files and fixed them but it didn't fix this problem.

Nobody has any suggestions?

You're correct on that Ghot and I understand that.
My problem is sometimes I have several Word documents open at the same time, all on the bottom (primary) monitor. There are times when I'll minimize one or two of them and when I open another Word document that I've created at a previous time, when I open it, it opens on the top monitor, not on the primary monitor.
I drag it down to the primary monitor but I usually have that top monitor off when I'm working like this so it's a bit frustrating that it does this and I don't believe it should.

I'm hoping someone knows of a fix.

been there....done that. It doesn't fix the problem.
