Hm, I couldn't find any of those logs except for setupact.log.

Under the C:\$Windows.~BT\ directory, I could only find a folder called NewOS

I did a search for setupmem.dmp for the whole harddrive, and it wasn't to be found.
    I did find
    setupapi.dev.log under windows\inf and windows.old\inf\windows

I put the files on a dropbox folder with the following link. I'm not clear on how to read them, or rather, I don't know what I'm looking for.

The information in the link was from 2012.

    Download and install everything: voidtools

Search again for the panther files.

    C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther
    C:\Windows\Panther
    setuperr.log
    setupact.log
    Setupmem.dmp
    setupapi.dev.log
    BlueBox.log
    $Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback*.evtx
    $Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback\setupmem.dmp
    $Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback\setupapi\setupapi.dev.log

    C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Rollback

    BlueBox.log
    $Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback\setupmem.dmp
    $Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback*.evtx
    $Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback\setupapi\setupapi.dev.log

    Setupmem.dmp
    setupapi.dev.log
    Event logs (*.evtx)

Great! I'll try that tomorrow. I ran the program and it saw the setuperr.log but not in the folder you suggested, but rather C:\$WINDOWS.~WS\Sources

Not sure what the difference is. Anyway, I'll run the searches again tomorrow and upload the new files.

This is a log collector. Please run it. It will collect msinfo32, dumps, dxdiag, event.vwr log, etc. Please post the zip into the thread.

I'm really sorry, but I'm not sure I understand what you want. The program you gave me a link to from voidtools seemed to be a program that searches your harddrive for whatever you're looking for. Is that correct? I looked at it, but I don't know how it collects log information. I did a search for the files you listed, but there were a few that didn't exist. I don't seem to have a C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\ directory, for example. I do have a C:\Windows.~BT directory, but there is no source directory in that one. I copied the file that seemed to be from Oct. 20th onto Dropbox and created a link for people to look at the files.

Am I to understand you would like all the log files that this program found? It seems that there are quite a few, but most of them seem to be old.

If that's the case, I'll try again tomorrow and put them in zip files onto dropbox. (or is it better to attach it to a message on this forum within a zip file)?

    This is the log collector:
BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums
During the troubleshooting please use English as the default language before creating the logs:
Language - Add, Remove, and Change in Windows 10 General Tips Tutorials
Please post a zip into the thread.
It should include files: msinfo32, dumps, dxdiag, event log, etc.

One of the problems I've been having is changing the system to English. I've done this many times on other computers, but for some reason, this one just doesn't want to change to English. I put the US keyboard to the top position, but it still remains a Japanese system. I've also downloaded the language pack, but that doesn't do anything either.

I ran the log, but some of the stuff remains in Japanese. Maybe someone can still understand it?

    I've attached the log file.
