please post a screen shot of the files in the sources folder of the recovery usb
Open the PBR-diskpart file
or attach both PBR files to post
because you have the needed recovery files - so it has to be the configuration
PBR-Disk part:

add the following "Clean" line..
and try Reset againrem == ResetPartitions-BIOS.txt ==

at least you managed to FIX your issue...
But, I can tell you, there are many others that have had NO LUCK running windows 10 recovery..
