Yes. Use the tutorial in post #8 and you'll get them directly from MS [TechBench etc are merely intermediaries not sources, the ISOs are all from MS].
Some ISOs [such as those obtained from the MS MCT link] have very compact install.esd files whilst others, such as those using the TechBench link, contain the much less compressed install.wim files.
All ISOs are bigger than they used to be and there might well come a day when even the install.esd versions do not fit on a DVD.
If an ISO has the file Install.wim then splitting it into parts is one way of putting it onto a Fat32 USB. Many, but not all, computers can only boot from Fat32 drives.
You can also extract just the Windows 10 Editions you need instead. That will normally result in something that can fit on a Fat32 USB. That's what I do since I only ever need the Windows 10 x64 Home Edition & one of my computers insists on booting only from Fat32.
