The thing with that setup is that, I tried reseting the OS in partition 2 (190GB) and when I did that, I could not reset the OS in partition 3 (69GB)

Thats why I'm still here. It's the fact once you do one reset, it appears the other loses its recovery ability

There appears to be a second recovery on disk 4 in the 69 GB partition:

Volume 5 H NTFS Partition 69 GB Healthy

These partitions have recovery options: (Partition 2 recovery is enabled)
Partition 2: Volume 4 C NTFS Partition 190 GB Healthy Boot
Partition 3: Volume 5 H NTFS Partition 69 GB Healthy

So I reset my computer's 190GB OS again after enabled reagentc. And I still got the same result of not being able to reset the 1809 partition on volume 3. Here is the new diskpartinfobatch run:

I also tried to renable reagentc after the reset of the OS on volume 2 and got this:

So, on disk 4, the list part command was corrupt (it was entered as "lis pardiskpar") so we still don't know if there is an actual recovery partition on that disk or not. If there isn't, then you need to shrink one of the existing partitions by 500 MB and create a new partition for recovery, assign it a drive letter, and then put the recovery files into it as shown in the link provided in Post #8.

Partition 2: Volume 4 C NTFS Partition 190 GB Healthy Boot
Partition 3: Volume 5 H NTFS Partition 69 GB Healthy

I think that corruption happens the moment I reset one partition. Didn't you say to delete the recovery partition created by each OS install. I suppose you delete them and then make new ones?

Do I need to make two different small partitions for the two different OS installations?

I would have but all those files include information about my accounts and network no? Is there no way for you to check what you need to check withoutt needing to see all my system information?
