I'm not able to make a repair install

This is a continuation of this: Several issues since a week ago.
So now, i downloaded the lastest iso and then i made all of the steps, and when the installation gets to 100% after 2 minutes it says: "there's an error with the windows installation"
    then i downloaded this: http://download.windowsupdate.com/d/...bba693a95c.msu
When i double click it, it says: "searching for updates on your computer" and then it says "the update can't be aplicated to your computer" an the, after a couple of seconds, it closes.
My windows version number is: 19041.630
    My DISM number is: 19041.572
Any suggestion is highly apreciated, thanks in advance

    Hello @theratio,

    System Specifications

Please update your system specifications [ system AND hardware ] by editing your profile . . .

    > How to Fill in your System Specs at Ten Forums.

To make this process easier for you, there is an automated method that you can use by clicking the Download button at the top of the Tutorial. It contains a standalone .exe file delivered in a ZIP file. You just need to unzip the file and run the SystemInfo.exe file. As this file is a standalone file, there is nothing saved to your computer.

It will help us to help you!

    Thanks.

Hi, you have build 2004. If you wish to perform an in-place upgrade repair install of 2004 - is that what you mean? then you need a build 2004 iso file.

Whatever it is that you're downloading is not that, as it's only around 360Mb. No idea what it is beyond that.

To get a 2004 iso file, follow the tutorial:
    Download Windows 10 ISO File

    from the Tutorial section.

In particular, use Google to download the
    Heidoc iso downloader - free

Use that to obtain an appropriate 2004 iso from MS.

Once you have that, rt click it.
Click Mount (not available if iso asosciation is not default)
Open the new drive letter created
    Double click setup.exe

    @dalchina
No, as i said I already have done that. I donloaded the ISO. Then, when it reaches 100% it says the windows install can't be allocated" that 363.6 mb file you are mentioning is supposed to be a fix for the repair install (which doesn't work for me)

Thank you so very much for your reply.

    No. You said
So now, i downloaded the lastest iso
    That would be 20H2 (latest).

But you stated you wanted to do a repair install.
For two reasons a 20H2 iso WILL NOT HELP YOU DO a repair install.

Do you mean that if you attempt a repair install (with the correct iso file) you are not given the option to keep everything?

(You haven't summarised where your previous thread got to- that would have been helpful. Please don't expect people to read through a long thread).

@dalchina It's simple: I installed the latest 2004 build, I did all the steps I get the option keeping my files. But when the installation finishes, an error appears that says "the installation can't be applicated to this computer" and I'm back there on my corrupted windows os.

@dalchina you were the first person on answer me on my last thread, you pretty much know where it ended, there ate only 2 new comments after the last you made.

    - - - Updated - - -

    I fixed it!
My task bar was dead, my wifi couldnt be connected (just ethernet) my sound dissapeared, there were apps missing including the widows setting app (every time you open it, it ends up opening the control panel), there were a lot of file corrupted, i couldnt do a repair install Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade or this one: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...load/windows10 because after finishing installing it would get me an error "the windows install can't be aplicated to your computer" and get me back to the corrupted os. Even if i also tried this fix:KB4586853 CU Windows 10 v2004 build 19041.662 and v20H2 19042.662 and the updated: KB4592438 CU Windows 10 v2004 build 19041.685 and v20H2 19042.685 to fix it. I tried a lot of methods with cmd and powershell but none of them worked, even resetting all the apps with powershell. So, i decided to create a new user using cmd (because as i said, my the windows settings app disappeared) and even if that was a new admin user it didnt work, the os was still corrupted just as the original. I created 2 more admin users and still the same: settings app still gone, cant use task bar, files and appas missing and corrupted, no sound at all (the driver was corrupted) the wifi still gone and couldnt make it work even going to the control panel and trying to turn it on etc... So, at the end I decided to delte those account i created; then, i did ctrl + alt + supr (to open the other menu) and i decided to insist on a hard drive repair using the restore point option. At first when i tried this like 10 hours ago (or more) i couldnt get to that restore point because of an error that will tell you to restart the computer to continue the restauration. 1 attempt: blue screen, back to the corrupted os. 2 attempt: blue screen, back to the corrupted os. 3 attempt: blue screen, back to the corrupted os. So, we are back to the present and i tried to insist on a hard drive repair using the restore point option. I selected the oldest (which i have already tried and didnt work) and i got again the same error, but this time when i clicked accept to correct the issues a window popped up and started identifying and repairing the errors, this time it was successful. I executed the restauration point again and.... and error ocurred: saying that the hard drive was still corrupted and that the process couldnt be made right now and that i needed to fix it by myself in another part. It sounded like going to cmd, running the sfc /scannow and if that didnt then dism. But i didnt. That was something i did a lot of times 48 hours ago, and that would mean that i had to get back to the corrupted os, which wouldnt simply work because of the fact that is corrupted, so dont get back. So, i clicked accept and insisted again, and i got the same error, then i had the idea of doin like a "reset" of the menu just by goibg back when it started (manually, just click the arrow at the top until you get to the first part, then wait a couple of seconds like 8 and then get back to the restauration point option, and insist again. This time it worked and the corrections that the window that popped up were applied, so i didnt get any message to restart the computer and check the hard drive like the first times. The process was applied successfully. Then, i waited and my restauration point was restored, i clicked accept on the window that popped up saying that the restauration was complete, and then i waited for the complete OS to load like 17 minutes to make sure every process was running correctly. Then, i checked if everythig was working and indeed it was. I hope all of this helps someone that finds himself in a similar or even the same situation.
pd: I would recommend you to stop windows updates after this, and stay in that one in my case, 2004. If you have any issues try to see if they are that big and solve them without updating, if they dont affect your lifestile or rutine with your computer, and are not a menace to it, leave them like that (but of course try to solve them, if you know what to do and feel secure about it, forums like this one and just researching in general are great help), but at the end its up to you update or not.

As already asked, edit your profile with ALL your hardware specs.
How to Fill in your System Specs at Ten Forums.

I suggest you run a check disk.
Open a CMD window as administrator and type:
    chkdsk c: /f
It will say your disk is in use and if you want to schedule to next start = yes
    Restart
Pay attention on the results, specially bad blocks, bad clusters, bad sectors etc

Also, the info you entered under I fixed it! is unreadable. It's all jammed together.

Break it up into sentences and paragraphs, get some separation in there so people can understand what you were telling us.

As it is, I see that blob of data and ignore it.
