    I keep getting errorcode 0x80042401 0xA001B with download copy


    So i've recently built a new PC and all thats missing is windows, I've tries multiple times to download it on a USB stick (14,5GB) but it keeps giving me the error code 0x80042401 0xA001B, i've seen multiple solutions to 0x80042405 0xA001B but they're not helping. Anyone have any advice?

    A possible work-around: use the MCT to download an .iso of the installer: Download Windows 10 ISO File

    Then use the .iso to make the USB drive: Create Bootable USB Flash Drive to Install Windows 10

    Did you do anything to the USB stick? Perhaps using a different stick (flash drive) might work?

    Also double check the USB drive is formatted in FAT32 before having the MCT tool use it (though MCT should automatically format it when creating the media).
