Unable to upgrade windows 10 from 1803 to 1903, always stuck at 90%

Hi Guys. I've been unable to update to 1903 version for months. Every time I initiate an update, or it does it automatically, it stops at 90% without any error message. It's stuck at 90% for hours ( 10 and more ).

Over the last few months, I've tried:

    - Media creation tool
    - Updated drivers and BIOS
    - DISM
    - sfc /scannow
    - Windows Update/Upgrade Assistant, tried Windows In-Place-Upgrade as well
    - Stop Windows Update service, delete folder SoftwareDistribution from C:/Windows,
    - Delete catroot2 folder from C:/Windows/system32
    - Clear UEFI variables
    - Run Windows Update Troubleshooter
    - Disable antivirus
    - Tried a few different YouTube vids

So far I have never had any troubles with the windows updates, that's the first time

Can someone help me with this?

How did you use the MCT? Have you tried a clean install of the new 1909? I would backup any data and do a clean install of 1909.

I used the MCT in both possible ways. First with the "Upgrade this PC now" function and when it failed, I downloaded the ISO file, mounted it and run it but again no success.
I haven't tried a clean install of the new 1909, will this work. It didn't work with the 1903 version.
I will give it a go tonight.

    1) Uninstall bitdefender using the applicable uninstall tool:
    Uninstall Bitdefender

    2) Place the computer in clean boot:
Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts

    3) Download Windows 10 iso to the desktop:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/soft...load/windows10

    4) Perform an in place upgrade repair using the desktop iso:

    5) If the upgrade is successful you are set

    6) If the upgrade fails then run setupdiag > post a share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive:

After following the steps, the update has stuck again at 90% and after an hour I turned the laptop off and rolled back to the previous version.

    SetupDiag files are here:

    SetupDiag - Google Drive

By the way, I have also Malwarebytes Premium installed but didn't uninstall it before I attempted the update of the windows.

    Code:
    [0xC1900101, 0x4000D]

    Download and install: Everything
    voidtools

Post a share link for: C:$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther

There is a log collector used in another forum.
Run each V2 and DM and upload results into this thread:
    BSOD - Posting Instructions

    Code
    0xC1900101 - 0x4000D

    Code:
    Cause
A rollback occurred due to a driver configuration issue.
Installation failed during the second boot phase while attempting the MIGRATE_DATA operation.

This can occur due to incompatible drivers.

    Mitigation

Check supplemental rollback logs for a setupmem.dmp file, or event logs for any unexpected reboots or errors.
Review the rollback log and determine the stop code.
The rollback log is located in the C:$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther folder. An example analysis is shown below. This example is not representative of all cases:
    Info SP Crash 0x0000007E detected
    Info SP Module name :
    Info SP Bugcheck parameter 1 : 0xFFFFFFFFC0000005
    Info SP Bugcheck parameter 2 : 0xFFFFF8015BC0036A
    Info SP Bugcheck parameter 3 : 0xFFFFD000E5D23728
    Info SP Bugcheck parameter 4 : 0xFFFFD000E5D22F40
Info SP Cannot recover the system.
Info SP Rollback: Showing splash window with restoring text: Restoring your previous version of Windows.

Typically, there is a dump file for the crash to analyze. If you are not equipped to debug the dump, then attempt the following basic troubleshooting procedures:

Make sure you have enough disk space.
If a driver is identified in the bug check message, disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates.
        Try changing video adapters.
Check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates.
Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
