The one I linked you to? Did you run it more than once, and what did it tell you. There are some auto fixes and some that need to be done manually.I have run the WU troubleshooter.
Please write down your BIOS Version and your Serial Number or SNID. Go to this site
choose your country > support > drivers > Search by Serial Number or SNID
And see if there is a newer version of your BIOS Software to flash the bios and bring it up to date. You may want to update other drives also. A Clean Upgrade is the best but make sure you have all important Firmware Updated.
I need facts, if you don't want to provide them that's fine.I gave you the pertinent specs not sure what else you need.
I'm not trying to be argumentative, but this means nothing. 1803 is a new OS, and the requirements are going to be different on this one. Folks here have been VERY patient with you, but so far we are asking many questions that could all be better answered with a Speccy Chart. Speccy doesn't report any personal information and should be used if more help is needed. It upgraded every other time including from 7 direct to 10 and YES that does mean something.
