Hardware acceleration option freezing pc

My problem is if i use hardware acceleration (gpu acceleration) in apps pc just freezes of running laggy.

in chrome if i use use "graphic acceleration when available" option pc randomly freezes, when i download a file with chrome if this option enabled pc runs very slow and feels laggy.

(after freezing pc i must restart with power button)

its not for only chrome some apps uses hardware acceleration by default (discord, steam, some games) pc is randomly freezing this apps too.

It didn't happen before. i cant fix it for a long time.

i reinstalled the windows same thing happening im about the lose my mind.

Windows 10 iOT Enterprise LTSC version 21H2 (Os build 19044.4291)

i did:
change the ssd and hdd
removing graphic card
use another graphic card driver (old driver)
reinstall windows 10 (2019 and 2021 ltsc)
memtest86
update bios
reset bios

There's no real "need" for hardware acceleration. Just turn it off.

Some setups like hardware acceleration, some don't. Sometimes a Windows Update will change how the computer reacts to hardware acceleration.

Thank you, normally this setting was working nice, a few months later it made a problem. some apps uses it default i dont know how to turn it off on these apps. how to fix this or why this is happening
