PC randomly restarting while in sleep mode?
I have my PC to auto sleep after an hour or two of being idle. For the past 2-3 weeks, at some point while I'm sleeping (and my PC is in sleep mode), my PC reboots itself. I checked Event Viewer and it happens because of the same Critical Error every time:
(The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.) [Event ID: 41]
Other things that could potentially be helpful: I don't have much open; maybe a Firefox window and Signal/a couple lightweight programs that I typically use. I have the PC/Monitors to sleep after an hour and the hard disk to shut off after 2 hours.
This problem seems to happen multiple times a week. I estimate the chance of it happening every night at around 15-20%. It's a relatively new problem, but I can't think of anything major that I've changed in the past month or two.
