    Can't remove Thumbs.db

Thus preventing me getting rid of the Folders and Subfolders completely.
I Googled for a solution but it said to use the Delete option from Explores View tab. But I have no delete option there.

Are you deleting only Thumbs.db or a folder structure containing Thumbs.db?

To delete Thumbs.db file only, open CMD (command prompt) as Administrator and navigate to directory containing the file then run:
    Code:
    DEL Thumbs.db
Just in case you don't know how to navigate to folder, an alternative is to specify full path to file:
    Code:
    DEL C:\Full\Path\To\Thumbs.db

Please would you paste a screenshot of the error message you see.
I never have any problem deleting folders in File explorer and do not know what is holding you back.

    Make your screenshot then
    - Start typing a new post and look at the Editing toolbar

    - Click on its Picture icon [near the middle of the Editing toolbar]

    - In the Insert image dialog that appears, click on the From computer tab if it's not already selected

    - Click on Browse then browse to the file, select the file, click on Open,

    - You'll be returned to the Insert image dialog, click on Upload file(s)
    - The diagram should appear in your post.

Follow @zebal suggestion if it does not work, execute DEL command with File Explorer terminated.

Thanks for the replies. Had a hard time sorting this, the DEL idea didn't work as it said it couldn't find the path (even though it was correct). and yes, they were in a folder structure
Somewhat compounded by Thumbs.db being on a RDP computer where I couldn't see how to run as administrator. But it would let me rename the folders. So I was slowly renaming them to make the full path smaller when suddenly Thumbs.db vanished.
I did take screenshots first and have attached them, but its probably a moot point now. I can delete other instances of thumbs.db on my main Win 10 comp and have never had a problem deleting them in XP.Can't remove Thumbs.db-image1.jpg
The LH image showed first, then RH would repeat with every 'Try Again'

You could boot into safe mode and try to delete them.
