Go to Reliability History and check for flagged entries covering the freezes.
The ---view tech details ---should give information as to the cause of freezing.

Ok, back here. Looks like the issue is with AOMEI backup. Is there a solid alternative that I can use to make incremental backups?

When the computer is not Frozen, follow the steps in the link in Post #2 and do a Clean Boot
If this works, you can leave it this way. Or if you want to find out, add one Service or Startup Item at a time until the freezing starts again, then you will know the culprit.

If you still have Aomei on your pc,then go to
Settings>Apps>Apps & Features and select Aomei then select "Advanced Option " and then select "Repair "if that option is available.
If it is not available or did not work, then select "Reset "
