Trouble with Android phone led to trouble with Windows 10

The trouble started with my Android Pixel 6 phone. I was adjusting the settings in the LastPass app. I could not operate the phone after that. All of the buttons & icons etc. were inoperable.

I tried to reverse the previous change I had made to the phone, which was to add a bluethooth connection wizard from Playstore. I am not able to use the inoperable phone to do it so I went to Playstore with my windows 10 computer. I found the Wizard and taped it. That locked the computer's screen, which went to a faded color. I tried to see what was running but I couldn't get to Task Manager. In about 10 minutes it displayed:

    "StopCode: Unexpected Store Exception"
    https//www.windows.com/stopcode

    Then it self-rebooted.

Since then, I have made backup images of the C: drive and had a Windows automatic update. Windows has operated for a day without incident.

Q1 - What was happening to Windows 10 computer?

Q2 - Do I need to do anything about the "Unexpected Store Exception"?

    Edition Windows 10 Pro
    Version 22H2
    Installed on ‎8/‎18/‎2020
    OS build 19045.2364
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4190.0

As to the Pixel 6 phone, it announces the names etc. of the icons & screen objects when I tap them instead of performing the function they are supposed to. I know this because an app on the phone sends all audio on the phone to my hearing aids by a Bluetooth connection. I can turn off the sound in my hearing aids by rebooting to safe mode -- but the screen controls of the phone are still inoperable.

As far as I know and you should check me on this; but Unexpected store exception usually occurs if hardware is not properly attached.

I agree. But It makes me paranoid. It is quite a coincidence that the incident happened at the same time as I tapped to select an app that I was already suspicious of. If that app is what captured my phone the author would be clever and have malicious intent. Since the problem hasn't reoccurred during normal operation of Windows 10, I am looking for a non-hardware explanation.

If you can get into Windows, do a System Restore to a time before this happened.
Once Windows is stable, connect your phone with a USB charging cable. It will come up as a separate drive. You can browse and copy any files you want to keep off of it.
If still having problems with the phone Reset it to Factory Defaults.

    Update:
My phone is fixed. I found out what the problem was by taking the phone to a Verizon store. They fixed it in about one a minute.

The "takeover" of my phone was by TalkBack -- a component of the Android operating system. It is apparently for people with impaired sight. But if it is turned on inadvertently, you can't operate your phone -- unless you know what it is you have turned on and how it works. I think that is a design flaw of Android.

I only experienced that one even with windows. I it is unexplained but no problems since then. I have the date of the event, so I can always restore back to before that if I need to later.
