File Explorer hangs / freezes when deleting or creating a file

Hi, so for the past few months my computer stall / hang / freeze for up to 5 seconds every time I delete or create a file. I just don't understand what could be the problem.

I have windows 10 Pro 22H2 build 19045.2251 Did 2 sfc /scannow . First one fixed like 2 problems and the second one returned no integrity violations.
    Code:

Hi, some preliminary and basic ideas:
    Please boot to Safe Mode.
Do you experience the same problem?

Please boot normally and create a new user for test purposes. You can later delete this user.
    Log in as that user.
Do you experience the same problem?

Check your disk and file system.
Run Hard Disk Sentinel (portable version available, full functional trial) - check tabs for each disk on left. Green is good.
If ok from an admin command prompt run
    chkdsk c: /scan
changing c: for whichever drive is affected.

There are plenty of ideas on the net: try searching for
delay when I delete a file
    E.g.
Moving or deleting takes long -- dialog shows 99% for a couple seconds
    - do try searching tenforums for ideas - use it as a resource.

To try to identify what is happening when this happens:
    a. Launch your task manager.
Be ready to take a screenshot of it - use a camera if no other option while this hang is occurring.

    b. create the problem you are experiencing.
    c. whilst the hang/freeze occurs, capture a screenshot and post it.

You may need to repeat this to capture appropriate columns in the appropriate order to show something relevant.

If the task manager shows nothing of interest you can, if you wish to use a more technically advanced tool yourself, get a copy of Procmon (process monitor) - free from MS.

Make sure your PC is doing little. Capture a test log with Procmon and minimise background activity.
With Procmon running, created the problem carefully noting the exact time.
Then review the huge log Procmon creates and try to identify anything of interest.
Filters (technical) can be used to reduce the log size.

Using this tool would be your responsiibility- posting a huge log here would not be likely to help you I'm afraid.
