Can't open OneDrive files in Windows 10

I am signed on to my MS account in W10, but can not open files in the One drive folder. I can open other folder files; just not One drive. I can open the same files on the One drive web site; no problem.
When I click properties and security it always shows "System" and I can't change it to me.

If the OneDrive applications is corrupt, you can manually download the latest version and reinstall it. To download the modern app version, go to Windows Store. If you see you already have it and cannot upgrade it, you might need to uninstall it from Settings, Apps. If you want the desktop version you can find it here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...a-d0fac3920aac

Thanks; I just un-installed, rebooted and re-installed and it worked fine. I hardly ever boot to Windows, only to keep it updated, but was just curious why the problem opening a file. Anyways problem solved thanks to you.
