    Fast Startup

    Hello

So yes i know there is a guide to disable Fast Startup multiple ways on the forums.

But i think i might be confusing them... as far as i know there is the Fast Startup option Power Plan settings but i also remmeber it accessing i think via a command in search or perhaps using dxdiag.

I remember it was also displayed i think in dxdiag or a similar tool.

Also i am not sure if i am confusing fast startup with fast boot.

Can someone please tell me where is the 2nd fast startup located ?

    EDIT

I found the option i was looking for, it's selective startup.

My question is : should i leave this enabled ?

It's always enabled instead of normal startup that's why i ask, will it cause any harm ?

There is no harm in using selective startup, clean boot, or normal boot.

The boot may be faster with the fewest items selected during startup.

It's analogous to walking into a room.
Normal boot may turn on all of the lights and electronic devices.
Selective boot may turn on only the lights and no electronic devices.
Clean boot may turn on only the fluorescent lights.
